Directions

• Go Along A12 until the A12/A14 Roundabout (South West Ipswich)
• TURN RIGHT at roundabout (MAP REF A, Toy R Us roundabout) along A14 towards Felixstowe
• Carry on along A14, South of Ipswich, for approx. 3 miles (Go past the exit A137 for Ipswich)
• Go over Orwell Bridge on the A14, after approx. 1 mile, take next exit signed A1189 to "Nacton" (MAP REF B)
• See "Continuing From Above" below

• Take A14 towards Ipswich
• Carry on along A14 past West and South Ipswich for approx. 6 miles.
• (Go past the following exits - A1156, A12/A1214 MAP REF A, and A137)
• Go over Orwell Bridge on the A14, after approx. 1 mile, Take Next Exit Signed A1189 to "Nacton" (MAP REF B)
• See "Continuing From Above" below

• At roundabout at bottom of slip road go LEFT
• At next roundabout go STRAIGHT ON along "Ransomes Way", signed "Ransomes Retail Park" (MAP REF C)
• At next roundabout continue STRAIGHT ON along "Ransomes Way"
• At next roundabout (with Sainsburys) go LEFT along "Felixstowe Road" (MAP REF D)
• After 1/2 miles at next roundabout (with Church) go LEFT continuing along "Felixstowe Road" (MAP REF E)
• At traffic lights go STRAIGHT ON (take the right hand land to go straight on) (MAP REF F)
• After 3/4 mile at next traffic lights (Royal Oak pub / Ipswich Bed Company Shop) go STRAIGHT ON (MAP REF G)
• Take SECOND RIGHT along "Newton Road" (MAP REF H)
• CHURCH is on the corner on your right (MAP REF I)
• Parking is difficult here, please be considerate - a short walk will do you good :-)

• Take A14 South signposted Colchester / Felixstowe
• At roundabout with A12/A14 go STRAIGHT ON, towards Ipswich (MAP REF K)
• At next roundabout (with Suffolk showground) BEAR LEFT continuing towards Ipswich town centre (MAP REF J)
• At next roundabout (with Sainsbury) go STRAIGHT ON (MAP REF D)
• After 1/2 miles at next roundabout (with Church) go LEFT continuing along "Felixstowe Road" (MAP REF E)
• At traffic lights go STRAIGHT ON (take the right hand land to go straight on) (MAP REF F)
• After 3/4 mile at next traffic lights (Royal Oak pub / Ipswich Bed Company Shop) go STRAIGHT ON (MAP REF G)

• After 3/4 miles at next traffic lights go STRAIGHT ON (MAP REF F)
• At roundabout (with Church) go RIGHT signposted Felixstowe (MAP REF E)
• At next roundabout (with Sainsbury) go STRAIGHT ON (MAP REF D)
• At next roundabout (with Suffolk showground) BEAR RIGHT continuing towards Felixstowe (MAP REF J)
• At next roundabout, (A12/A14 roundabout) go STRAIGHT ON joining the A12 towards WOODBRIDGE (MAP REF K)
• Go STRAIGHT ON at next 4 roundabouts, approx. 4 miles (past BT, BP garage/ little chef) towards Woodbridge
• At Woodbridge Roundabout go LEFT, signposted Seckford Hall, along A12 (MAP REF L)
• Shortly after take 1st LEFT TURN (MAP REF M)
• SECKFORD HALL is ON LEFT (MAP REF N)
